More and more people are using dual SIM smartphones. These devices can accommodate two calling cards, of the same company or different. The comfort they offer is undeniable. However, one of the biggest hitches is the inability to use more than one WhatsApp account at the same time. Fortunately, there are several possible solutions.
Two Android users with two WhatsApp accounts
Starting with Android 5.0 Lollipop, we can add users to our
smartphone as if it were a computer. It also allows each of these users to use
their WhatsApp on the same terminal. To do this, we simply enter the SIM card
of the second user to register his number with WhatsApp. The new user can now
safely use their WhatsApp from a select few.
Use two WhatsApp accounts with Parallel Space
Parallel Space allows you to duplicate apps like a clone
WhatsApp so you can use it with a second account. Thus, you can log in with two
accounts at the same time.
Use two WhatsApp accounts on Samsung terminal
Samsung offers the ability to have two WhatsApp accounts on
both single SIM and dual SIM devices thanks to the My KNOX app (Samsung's
security app). By taking advantage of the capacity of the virtual section, you
can have two WhatsApp accounts with two different phone numbers. In principle,
the terminal must be KNOX compatible, which means the families Galaxy A, Galaxy
E, Galaxy J, Galaxy Note and Galaxy S.
Use two WhatsApp accounts on Xiaomi terminal
There is no way to have multiple users in Xiaomi smartphones,
but alternatively we can create a second space (second space) with MIUI. In
this second space, we can duplicate the applications of the main space, or even
use finally different ones. Each space can be dwindling with a password and
fingerprint for access.
To set up a second space, go to Settings> Second Space.
During the setup process, you can choose which apps you want to place in the
two spaces, select WhatsApp. When the setup is complete, an icon will appear on
the home screen to switch to the second space, where you will need to log into
WhatsApp with a second account. It is not necessary for the SIM to be linked to
a second Xiaomi account, but you must be able to receive an SMS with an activation
code.
Connect WhatsApp to a different mobile number
It may happen that you change your mobile number, but you
want to keep your previous number in your WhatsApp account because you have
your contacts there and they are still associated with the previous number. The
solution is very simple.
Put your vintage SIM card in every other cellphone.
On your phone (with a brand new SIM), make a backup of your
WhatsApp conversations.
Uninstall WhatsApp and reinstall.
When you open it for the primary time, it'll ask you for a
smartphone number to sign up.
Write your vintage number.
If the whole thing is going nicely, we will get hold of the
verification code to the opposite phone in which we've got our antique SIM
card.
Enter that code to your telephone.
This approach will work as long as the old SIM is energetic.
